Our Masala Chai blends are delicious brewed this way:

Stove top brew:

For one generous serve: 2 heaped tsps./cup of water

1.In a saucepan, place water & tea and bring to simmer point.

2. Add ½ cup milk (soy, almond, cow) and lower heat.

3. Infuse for 3-5 minutes


4. Strain to serve.

To yield a lighter flavoured brew, the simple infusion method works best for all UNBUSY blends.

Infusion method:

1 generous serve: 2 heaped tsps./cup of water

1. Boil water. 

2. Add tea to infuser of your choice and cover with cup of boiling water.

3. Sit and infuse for 3 minutes before serving.
